Personal Executive Assistant – Part‑time Hybrid (Hawke’s Bay)
We’re looking for a highly organised professional to support our director with both executive‑level and personal‑level tasks.
What you’ll do
- Executive‑Assistant Duties – oversee the director’s calendar and inbox, support financial tasks such as accounts and invoicing (training provided), and prepare meeting agendas, materials and presentations.
- Personal‑Assistant Duties – coordinate the director’s personal commitments: organise online grocery orders, book appointments, purchase tickets, and plan holidays or other leisure activities.
- Adaptability – respond proactively to evolving priorities, anticipating needs across both executive and personal domains and ensuring smooth, seamless support at all times.
Who you are
- Resident of Hawke’s Bay with a flexible part‑time schedule.
- Pro‑active, discreet, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Comfortable with email, calendar tools, basic accounting and presentation software.
